2. Refunds: 4C Farm has a NO REFUND POLICY regarding riding lesson fees.

3. Missed Lessons/Cancellations: 24 hours’ notice is required if you are unable to attend your lesson. Please call or text me at 603-616-5915. If you get the voicemail, kindly leave a detailed message including your name, the student’s name, your phone number, and the reason for the missed lesson.

If a student is not on site at the time their lesson is scheduled to begin, the lesson will be cancelled and it will be considered a missed lesson. 6. Inclement Weather: Lessons will be cancelled due to inclement weather (as reported by weather.com) under 30 degrees, over 80 degrees, winds over 10 miles per hour, rain, snow or ice. Participants will be notified through the phone number or e-mail provided on their registration form. Lessons can be rescheduled during that week if a mutually convenient time can be agreed upon.  There will be no charge for the cancelled lesson if it can not be rescheduled.
